Dear Eugene,
Khabarovsk Krai Health Department is thankful to you as a representative
of non-profiit charitable organization "Lifeline of Hope", Montana State, Kalispell, USA for the help of organizing vaccine
prophylatic work for virus hepatitus A at Troitske Village Orphanage.
We also highly appreciate the financial support to vaccinate the children
at baby Homes #1 and #2 in Khaborovsk City. The hemophilia immunization for the children will greatly help us to reduce children's
sickness rate of such diseases as bronchitis, otitis, sinusitis and pneumonia that are caused by the infection. Also this
work will help to prevent such dangerous diseases as meningitis and sepsis.
The cooperation that we have in the context of the charitable program fulfillment
and support to the children ensures the improvement of the epidemiological situation in terms of viral diseases among the
children in the orphanages. We hope our cooperation to last in the year 2003 and be a great success in the field of the viral
disease prevention.
Sincerely,
V.M. Savkova
The Health Department Minister

Dear American Friends,
The time of the wonderful spring has just slipped away. The three months
we spent taking care of our future harvest. We planted seeds, took care of the seedlings, fixed up greenhouses and brought
manure to our gardens....
....Our potatoes, cabbages, carrots, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes were enough
to feed us through the winter....
...We want to thank you for all of your help to our institution. Without
your financial support we would not be able to plant such a great variety of vegetables and flowers.
Thanks to you for the linoleum for the bedrooms, dining room and classroom.
The linoleum is of a good quality and has a warm basis...
We are happy to share all of our news.
Sincerely,
The children and the staff.
Lermontovka
Dear Eugene and our American Friends,
The Administration and the staff of the State Special School-Orphanage
#8 in Lermontovka Village thank you for the regular and generous financial support.
With the generous donation you give us, our institution was
provided with a basic washing machine. The machine has freed up our staff to be able to spend time on more important matters
of caring for the children. A second benefit of this machine is that for the children old enough to learn the necessary skills
of using an electric appliance, this machine helps prepare these kids for successful living skills.
Sincerely,
The Director,
Barchukova
School Principal and teaching staff of Barnul Boarding School #4 for children

We do not know how to thank you for your generous support
at this difficult time. Your help turned out to be an invaluable gift to us. Eugene Bykov was like our guardian angel and
has come to save our children at need time.....
.... Thank you a lot from me and our children living in the
orphanage for all your kindness!!!

Dear Sirs,
We would like to inform you that our hospital including the Children Department
for Orphans is no longer receiving provision of the city budget. The state medical insurance has taken this function since
01.01.03. That puts us in difficult financial situation and reduces supplying including some medicines.
We are thankful to the Lifeline of Hope for providing permanent support
to orphans staying at our hospital. We hope that in this difficult situation, we can rely on your help and mercy.
Sincerely,
E.A Khelimskaya
