The Real Estate Gift Program is designed to provide a way for you to give back to the Global Community
by providing for the basic needs of orphan children through the course of your regular business activities. In doing so you
are presenting your business as a company that cares, building a strong and positive public image and creating
a lasting "partnership" with your clients, gaining referrals as well as personally involving them by making a donation
on their behalf.
Lifeline of Hope currently cares for thousands of children every day, but the need is just so great. There are many orphanages
that have been approved and are waiting for funding. You can help!
To begin, simply fill out and submit the form below and we
will contact you right away to get you started in this great program and / or answer any questions that you may have!
The Real Estate Gift Program substitutes the gift you give at a closing with a donation to
help orphanages around the word. We suggest a gift of $50-$100 for each closing. You then provide them with a certificate
that shows them that by using your services, a donation has been made in the borrowers name to help orphan children around
the world. You also give your client a letter from our organization personally thanking them for their contribution and giving
them an opportunity to learn more. Lifeline of Hope will provide these numbered, watermarked, certificates
for you as well as the preprinted letters ready for your clients personal information. Some choose to
make an annual donation based upon their average number of annual closings. In such a case Lifeline of Hope would then
provide you with the appropriate number of pre-numbered "blank" certificates and form letters for you to use in
future closings.
This program allows you to benefit the children with very little out of pocket expense. Those receiving the certificate
will know that by working with you, they have contributed to the well being of an orphan child.
