Profiling and Records

Keeping Track...

Keeping track of the Facility needs as well as how the funds are spent is an integral part of our program.

Each facility is profiled for needs and detailed reports are submitted, both for the specific needs as well as what is delivered and how much was spent.

We have found that every facility is unique, with different strengths, weakness and needs. We don't just send a "standard aid package" to any facility, but rather tailor all deliveries to meet the specific needs for that specific time and place. This eliminates waste and ensures that the needs of the facilities are being met.

All assessments, reports and deliveries are made by a facilitator from Lifeline of Hope. Photographs are attached to the records, receipts obtained and this along with a list of future needs are forwarded to our US headquarters.

Below are files that you can download to view actual samples of profiles and reports as we receive them. Click on the link and save them to your hard drive BEFORE opening them. Be sure to save them as a PDF. Note that you must have Adobe Reader to view these documents.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words....

All typed and written documentation aside, our reason for being there and the results have been captured in many, many pictures. Periodically we will change the pictures on this site so that they can be shared with you. Follow this link to the Pictures Page.

In addition to the reports, we receive many thank you letters from the Facility Directors and Government Officials. They too serve as a means of record, but far more importantly, they warm our heart!
